My coaching supports the human 'being' - not just the human 'doing' - to grow, evolve and transform.

Ultimately business is a human adventure and investing in being ‘more’ human is… and will continue to be the major advantage in business as technology becomes ever more pervasive.

However, this adventure cannot be at the cost of our finite planet; and therefore my coaching practice is informed by Nature’s principles, to provide a systemic and interconnected approach within the context of our climate and ecological crises.
